Well, another month down and another episode of Oil Country to share with the world…. Well mostly Canada from what our statistics say, but we get the odd hit from Iran, so it’s all good. This episode takes place in Edmonton, Alberta. Being consistently cold and snowy, Edmonton is quickly becoming a hot stop for the Urban shred in these parts. Well, here is the start of what we hope will be a great 6 part series! Our pals Logan Fulmer and Evan Lavallee, along with The Source, The Dancing Sasquatch, Vans, and Ekumenik bring you the first official episode of “Oil Country”. Fishing is the new Snowboarding, right? It seems to be that way out here during the summer. Here at ShtChea we don’t really do a lot during the summer that is worth posting. Most of the time we are too lazy to film our lack luster skateboarding abilities. Getting day drunk in the sun becomes priority for most of us here in Banff. But every now and than one of us gets off our ass to film one of our summer past times, in this case it would be fly fishing. Evan put together these couple of videos during his excursions out in the wild rivers of Alberta. So for those of you who are into fishing, enjoy. For those who don’t give a shit… Someone has probably released some mind blowing part on Transworld or King Snow while you were reading this.
After a week of sunburns, hangovers, waking up at 7am and a whole lot of fun boardin’. We have this to show for it. Thanks to everyone that helped with passes, beer, places to stay and a overall great time!
