Lake Louise has been the buzz around town these days, Why? Well, they have done what most other resorts in the Bow Valley are falling real short on…. they built a legit park. It does help that it came in a season that has seen average snowfall… but man it feels good to cruise a park that is made with a little care. This video has a variety of riders putting down a couple tricks in Lake Louise’s newly built ProLine. Go check it out or your blowing it.

Tomorrow marks the day that Lake Louise has the first phase of it’s Terrain Park open for business. According to our park connect TK, this is only the beginning of much to come for this park. He gave Chew, Ryan, Steveo, and Gui a sneak peak today, and they are giving it some solid praise. So if your considering which hill to hit in The Bow Valley area tomorrow, we highly suggest hitting up The Lake. Don’t feel like taking out word for it? Check the clip below.

A couple days back we decided to get together with a sort of gang like mentality and take a crack at the features in Sunshine’s park. This is the end result.

The resorts are starting to assemble their pre season parks… and we need to get off our ass and keep you guys in the know. Here is our first of the season from Lake Louise. On a side note… If you find Guillaume as amusing to listen to as we do “like” this video and we will continue to make him talk, for he has no choice.

Another park update this time at Banffs own Norquay! This park is lots of fun and they even have night boardin Wendsday and Friday nights. We spent two days bumping around the park with blue skies and -20 or colder temperatures.. pretty typical for Banff these days.. but without fail we still managed enjoy our time on the board.

Some of the crew headed to the Kanasaskis Valley looking to ride some park, and they found some at Nakiska. You need to buy a park pass there, its $5 but it is also good as a food voucher. They also dont have any jumps at Nakiska, just boxs and rails, but the park is still super fun!

Sunshine Village has opened their whole park as of last week… February is certainly a little late, but it paid off. Lots of fun features make up for a slight lack in flow.. all in all there seems to be something for everyone. We had two great blue bird days drinking some brew and hitting features and despite being -25C we still had a time!
